Anxiety and burnout during final part of a levels

My first A level exam is just over a month away. I’ve been on a steady revision plan so far, but over the Easter holiday I think I’ve burnt myself out, the first week was fine and I got loads done but in the 2nd week I’ve been so tired and unmotivated I haven’t even touched my textbooks. I feel like my minds given up
I don’t need crazy grades, 3 Bs and im good but i have anxiety and overthink everything and think everything that can go wrong will go wrong.
How do u guys get past burnout in the last push for A levels? I literally have 2 months left 🥲

Textbooks alone can be so boring and make it hard to stick in the mind. have you tried you tube? like biology daughter did BioRach which was amazing as she explained it well. Just gently return back to revision with like breaks inbetween and also each session between breaks, change the topic. Or do past papers. But breaks definitely important and also get out the house for a walk,

I’ve felt the same! honestly it works i’m forcing myself to stop past a certain time - eg 8pm - and just relaxing (easier said than done i know lol) but it’s really helped me have time at night to organise the day ahead and by having a plan of manageable tasks i feel so more productive and a little less lost. for subjects that are more content heavy eg sciences you could always watch a 20-25 min summary of each topic like on youtube, which i found helped me a lot for psych! it doesn’t have to be high pressure, just take a few notes of the parts you need to revise more, or just to refresh your memory. you could then just blurt a bit of it, or again go over your notes. good luck! i’m feeling quite burnt out but we can do this!! this is just the final push
