Missing A level grades

I need to get A*AA for my offer, how common is it to miss the grades? I'm scared I won't get them..

That would very much depend on your ability as a student. If you're expecting to get A*A*A*, then to miss A*AA you'd have to have all three subjects go particularly badly for you. That would be unsual.

However, if you're expecting to get AAA (but we're predicted higher by your school, hence the offer) then missing A*AA would be more likely.
