sponsors financial details
It’s saying my mams financial details are not complete when they have been added, it’s not doing this for my dads application. Will this just update because it’s not letting me view or change anything? I’m a second year student wanting a higher loan so actually have to upload their details this time and don’t know what’s gone wrong?

If either of your parents are having trouble pleas have them complete the PFF2 form and then upload this to your account. We'll process this forms in 20 working days.
