NTU leniency for entry requirements

I have been offered to do a QS course at NTU for BBC=112 ucas points however it’s looking like it gonna be BCD=96 ucas points or ACD=104 ucas points. Do I still have a chance of getting in if my personal statement was strong and missed it by a grade or two?

‘You might have a confirmed place at your firm. This could mean you've achieved the grades you needed for your offer - but not necessarily... Universities often accept students who have missed their offer by one or even two grades.’

August decisions will be made on grades - they wont waste their time looking back at your PS.

IF there are spaces on the course once all those who got the right grades are accepted, then the Uni will look at 'near miss' applicants and decide who - if anyone - they will use to fill any spaces. Its therefore totally impossible to predict in advance if anyone will be accepted below offer grades - and the only solution you have at this point is to now work your socks off to get better grades.
