Stalking in school?

who bullied me and was being racist to me,well I didn’t go there myself. But he always kept following me too much,when I never liked him,he would tell his mates that I walk like an ‘Ape’ and if I blocked him on my console,he would threaten to kick my knees.He always forced me to ride my bike and loads more.He never leaves me alone because apparently‘I’m his only mate who lives near by’ but I never liked him and he just kept bullying me and being racist,he always talks behind my back to his mate about me.This also happened in school too often.

He told his mates to break the mudguard of my cycle bike,he would always check what games I play whilst being online.

This person would send me racism memes on what’s app to me,he would closely watch me all the time on the playground.

This person lived local to me.

Whilst being in the area,when they see me they tend to go past me very very slowly,and even cycle right up to me and when they get near me they will go past very slow.

Even tried nearly following me home!

Everyone firstly,what is all of this ridiculous behaviour classified as?

Secondly if this all happened to you,what would you have done.

This person has no friends in school never had friends,had a mental health issues and lacks social skills,,would only talk to me

This ridiculous behavior is called - stupid racist who bully's others to fill the empty hole with the illusion of superiority in his heart <3

This is most definitely bullying and classified as harassment.
I would say go find someone with authority (like a teacher or a parent) to try to help you resolve all this harassment. Or if you rather keep any adults out of this, you could always express to him your feelings and how you feel about his actions + telling him to stop.

I would say that this is likely a breach of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and could easily turn dangerous so be careful. I would report to the Police and give them all the details. Keep all the evidence you may have, but Police will likely find them on his phone. Definitely do not put up with it.

Personally I would report to the Head of School and your Parents. He sounds a very very nasty piece of work and avoid him best you can. Dont want it to become physical.
