Hi recently changed phones and my authentication app is not working and therefore am not able to access my emails for the three days, what do I do?

You tell people which authentication app you're using, and what "not working" means. For example, do you get an error message, does it claim you're not authenticated, etc.?

Also, did you just install the authentication app into your new phone, or did you backup your old phone and restore into your new phone?

Does the authentication app have a web site? Does that web site describe how to transfer your credentials from one phone to another?
