Any advice people could give to first-time movers?

I’m not really moving out of choice. Home life has been awful pretty much my whole life and I’m finally deciding to do something about it. I think my fear of ending up homeless is finally less than my fear of remaining where I am 😂

Anybody got any advice for me? I’m trying to move closer to my uni starting this year, so it’s a relatively quick change for me. I’m a naturally anxious guy, so any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks 😁
Put it in boxes, not bags, not hangers, boxes, all boxes.

Boxes.
Tips for First-Time Movers: What Worked for Me

Hello to all of you.Next month, I'll be relocating for the first time, so I wanted to pass along some advice that has worked for me thus far. Start packing early and make sure your boxes are properly labeled. Later on, it saves a ton of hassle! Secondly, you'll be glad you decluttered before packing. Third, to keep organized, make a moving checklist. Lastly, get advice or referrals for movers from friends. Although it's been a learning process, these procedures have greatly streamlined it. We welcome any additional guidance from seasoned movers. Thanks

ok def depends on how your moving, if you’re doing trucks (U-hauls) then boxes, but trash bags were my lifesaver when I moved. You can cram a bunch of things into bags, you can carry them like purses, and they are less bulky then boxes
Amazing encounter! My movements are very cute
