Gcse improvements 2024

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on how to improve my predicted grades from November
my grades predict me four-7s, two-6s, one-8 and one-9. apart from biology-5. Personally I don't think I can even achieve these grades and I'm worried about failing and having to retake them or not being accepted to 6th form. and seeing everyone's amazing grades is honestly daunting.
Moreover, I have a Spanish speaking exam next week and I only memorised 3 responses out of 7 and I still mess up when I recite them.
Any help will be massively appreciated and it's really stressful considering I have less than a month until exams and I'm really forgetful and can't seem to remember anything.

Hello!
These predicted grades are really good, and if your willing to put in the work you can defo improve these grades. The way to improve is by doing past papers all the time( I know you've probably heard this a million times!), and if you have ran out of past papers keep repeating them until you can do all the questions ( in essence keep repeating the paper until you get 100%).
Also for subjects like maths and science there are predicted papers out there, you can also give those a try too.
And regarding your Spanish speaking exam I would recommend you recording your memorised question notes on your phone and listening to it repeatedly when you have time, that is what helped me get a grade 9 in GCSE French.
Good luck with your exams, you got this

Thank you I found this really encouraging and I will definitely try your tips and go through as many past papers as I can

Sorry to bother you again I took your advice and recorded the notes for my speaking exam. I was just wondering how long it will take for it to sink in and if I should do any other approaches to ensure I can have something to say in case I freeze

No problem!
Another method would be after having listened to your recorded material see how much of it you can remeber by writing it down on a piece of paper. If you have missed any points, write that phrase out 5 times, and repeat the process again!
