Home office immigration enforcement pre employment checks

Can someone explain the following:

I have completed all the pre employment on the CS portal and after receiving the CTC clearance on CS portal there was this status:

“We are reviewing the outcomes of your pre-employment checks.
We will contact you as soon as a decision has been made. Please do not resign from your current position at this time.”

Now after a week i have logged in and the status changed to this:

“We're conducting some pre-employment checks.
We'll email you once these have been completed.”

My status on the NSVS portal for my CTC changed from in progress to completed on Friday morning wonder what the difference is

Thats mean you will receive the outcome of your CTC soon

Not sure about time frame of failed CTC.
If it is helpful i can share my timeframe
Which was The following:

03/03/24 Submitted it

15/03/24 received email for further evidence

29/03/24 Email received with outcome

aww mine has been far far longer than this submitted back in September 2023 give more information a few times and then just this week it’s been completed

im currently going throught the same checks - abit worried as my father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and i took considerable amount of time off from my last jobs ! also i dont have a poor credit score....wondeirng if this will affect my ability to get through .....
