I think you've read too much into the situation. This woman was working at your sister's school; it's not like you were even friends. She doesn't have to discuss her lovelife with you.

You've now changed your story and made it more confusing. I still think you've made too much of it, but end of the day, it doesn't matter; she has a boyfriend and she's with him, not you. Move on.
