nursing funding

Hello all. I was withdrawn from my previous University due to my mental health and other personal reasons and I was 30 credits short of getting my nursing degree. I did try to reapply to repeat my final year however it was rejected. I have managed to secure a place at another University however I need to start from 1st year and I was told that I would not be able to receive any funding from SAAS as I have already used all my three years worth at the previous university. Is this true? if so does anyone know if there is any sort of help that's available to me. I am a mature student on a low income and 3 dependent children. I will be attending Edinburgh Napier University in Sept 2024. Thank you
