Insanity defence as a loophole EPQ

I’ve realised only after choosing my title and researching it that there isn’t much scope for cases that shows the defence being used as a loophole. Is there any way I can still make my epq work with a good 5000 essay even tho I can’t seem to find any cases where it was used as a loophole.

I meant if there were any cases where the insanity defence was used as a loophole by criminals to evade prison sentences

You're not explaining yourself very well. 1. Both used the loophole of insanity to try to avoid prison. 2. Both had their claims overturned and were declared sane. Is this not what you are asking?
