Rushed application

I'm looking to apply to be an architect's assistant as an apprentice. However I have left it a little late in the year to apply. If I applied this year and didn't get in (as my applicaction will be a little rushed), can I apply again to exactly the same courses next year?

why not wait until next year and spend your time until then developing your skills? that sounds like the best decision in every regard if its possible.
