Leeds or Nottingham

Can someone please help me choose between UoL and UoN. Im studying Accounting and Finance and am not too sure which uni to firm as they are both really similar.
Only problem with Leeds is that most of the accommodations are full and theres only a couple left to choose from which are not the most appealing to me.

I’m going to uni of Leeds this year and so far all my friend who are studying there for accounting and finance have really liked it not only the course but the people. I’m aware of a few accommodations that are relatively cheap and close to the centre and seem to be decent looking such as white rose and the tannery. I’m doing the tannery as my mates I’m year above say it’s a cozy accommodation that’s good for the money and all in all isn’t that bad
Hey!

It can be really hard to choose between universities!

From my experience, it is good to consider the course content of both the degrees. Think about if the modules look interesting, which one has more focus on coursework/exams (whichever you prefer). The national student surveys done by alumni from the courses can be very insightful too. Messaging on here is always a good idea as well!

In terms of accommodation, have you visited both cities? Which one did you feel safer/more at home in? Accommodation can almost always be sorted, but its most important that wherever you end up you are happy with the course and social culture of the uni

This must be a really stressful time for you. Definitely chat to people you love to help make this decision- but make sure you do what is best for YOU.

All the best for wherever you end up!

Thanks for the info x
I was interested in white rose accommodation but apparently it was oversubscribed and you cannot apply for it anymore? I can’t check if this is the case as I haven’t firmed it yet.
I haven’t heard of the tannery, did you book your accommodation through the Leeds website?
