I did and scored 23 and have been put on reserve list. I received the same message as urs. I have not come across anyone saying that they have been offered the job!

That’s interesting, have had this before for a DWP EO role and was on reserve for around two months then got offered the role. They sometimes take on reserve knowing they will need it just not immediately do I’d give it another 2 weeks or so and hopefully they’ll make offers.

Interviewed for the role heard back on 22/03 and scored CI - 6, MQS - 5, MED - 5, DaP - 5 and, strengths a 6.
Achieved an overall of 35 and was put on reserve list but heard nothing since the above date.
"This means that you meet our required standard but unfortunately, we’re unable to offer you a job immediately.
If a similar job becomes available we may appoint from this reserve list."
