Student Finance

Hi! Bit of an awkward situation here….
I originally completed a foundation year and after passing moved onto my desired course ‘International business management with French 4year (sandwich year). I am currently on my second year of my course so I am receiving my 3rd year of student finance. Will I receive SFE for my final 2 years (year abroad and final year) or no? In total it would be 5 years of SFE
Please help

Yes

Any unfunded years are at the start of a new course.

If you need to repeat a year at any point then the repeat year would be unfunded.

Hi there,

If you received funding at the start of your course (both Maintenance and Tuition Fee) you would still be eligible for support for the rest of the course. If you need to repeat any years you would need to look at applying for Compelling Personal Reasons to gain an additional year of Tuition Fee support.

Thanks, Ross
