TRACE TABLE COMPUTER SCIENCE. help needed!!!!!

I've been doing AQA AS level Computer Science (7516) past papers for practice, but the mark schemes for trace tables in Paper 2 seem pretty inconsistent. When are you supposed to go to a new line in the table?
I want to believe it's easy as I hardly get numbers wrong but my only problem is knowing when to go to a new line, if you see a new for loop or while loop or iteration or does not matter. I don't want to lose marks on simple questions like this

for our exam board, they dont really care where your new lines are, as long as you're consistent with it throughout the question

usually i go to a new line after each iteration tho

i've had the same problem previously but my teachers told me that it is not that important

i do CIE so im not sure if its exactly the same for AQA

okay thank you I would ask my teacher then. but I don't think it is to as every mark scheme doesn't follow the pattern
