Cancel my student finance and restart a new one
Hi I’ve recently applied for my 2nd year student finance (24/25) but when my mum went to login and put her details in it come up with a message saying the information I’ve put in doesn’t match her account. I don’t know what information I’ve put incorrectly. Can I cancel my application over the phone or do I need to fill out a form and if the application does get cancelled can I start a new one.

Hi there,
Your Mother would be able to do the PFF2 form and then you can upload it online. This is the link for the form https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/support-your-child-or-partners-student-finance-application-2024-to-2025 we will take her details from this and link the accounts together for 24/25.
