I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting the 7th of June to the 25th of June in Student Roost Aberdeen. But they can have it for longer for the same price. They can also extend it into 2024-2025 if they wish to stay longer. It is a 9-bedroom female flat in Pittodrie Student Roost. The room is an en-suite, and all the girls are lovely and most of them will be home for the summer anyways. There is a communal kitchen and living space.
It comes with under bed storage, desk, chair, and wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers.
Rent is only £159 which is much cheaper than what it would be to book directly.
