PFF2 Query

When my daughter completed her Application she was asked to provide her Sponsor's first name (singular), whereas I, as her Sponsor, was asked to provide my first names (plural). Consequently, when I try to support her Application via the emailed link, our accounts won't marry up and I can't continue.

I completed Form PFF2 some time ago and she uploaded it via her account, as I was also not able to do this from my account.

Please could someone let me know if this was the correct thing to do, as her account says that her Sponsor's information is still awaited and I'm not sure if that's because it takes a long time to process or if we have done something wrong and her Application is still not progressing until my information is received.

Hi there,

You done the right thing. The PFF2 is how we'd take your details and link the accounts together. The PFF2 form takes approximately 20 working days for processing, if it's still showing awaiting sponsor details then the PFF2 will still be in the queue for processing.
