stupid sickness and exam stress

i swear everyone i know including myself are ill. I feel so rough, tirenesd, headache and sore throat. Not sure what it is but i'm so scared it's going to **** up my SQA higher exams. I got all As for my national 5s and all As in my higher prelims aiming for the same for my actual highers. I'm so scared it will mess everything up.
is there something going around atm?
is there anyway i can make sure i get better soon but still doing well in school?
and what do i do if this does affect my grade?!

I felt like that when I had COVID... during my GCSEs. And yes, I missed half of my exams!
I hope there isn't a flu going around right now.
Do exercise. Yoga and exercise I read is beneficial for your immune system. Just don't overdo exercise though. Do yoga, I felt like it was good for me.
Hopefully they can do an average of your scores if you miss one, that's what they did for me.
Eat healthy and have oranges (high in vitamin C which is good for your immune system).

Because I missed exams, which I think I would've done much better in. I chose extremely tough a-levels which I regret (chem and bio) to prove myself that I can do it. But it's backfiring lmao. I wish you the best though
Good luck!

influenza A, B, and COVID are going around rn, probs cuz ppl are travelling a lot thanks to spring break, so diseases are very easy to spread. I caught one myself a few days ago, currently recovering. Doesnt help that exam stress adds to the stomach pain lmaoo, u got this!! Drink plenty of herbal drinks and go get checked out.
