English but permanently moving to Wales for study

Hello,
Bit of a specific one, but I am from and live in England, however I have just been offered a place at a Welsh university. As I’m a ‘mature student’ I will be moving permanently to Wales for the course, however most likely won’t have a Welsh address until September. Do I apply for my funding through Student Finance England, as I am registered to an English address, or Student Finance Wales as that’s where my course is and will be my country of residence when I start the course for the next 3 - 5 years?
