Tu delft aerospace offer conditional?

Is the Tu Delft Aerospace Engineering - Bachelor conditional or not once you have the offer? Do I have to at least pass my exams (i'm doing the ib) or not even?

Depends on the specific wording of the offer that you've received.

No where can I see mentions of grades/diploma necessary to get to be accepted, except "The educational institution has yet to determine whether your previous education level is sufficient" at the top, which seems like a generic message on Studielink. Also, it says "accept your place" and not "accept your offer", so I was wondering if there were no requirements at all.

I work in UK admissions so am a bit limited in what I can advise.

I would not click to accept anything until you have clarified with the uni itself what the offer is. Contact their admissions team if you can find details for them.
