Student finance site not working

Hi
It says course not found for supporting evidence despite showing my daughter details in previous page. Tried to do form manually instead and now it won’t allow me to progress to upload supporting evidence this way. Is there a glitch or knack pls?

I am now yes. I downloaded the form after the site said it couldn’t find the application. Filled and then went to upload and now it won’t allow that option either.

We're aware some customers are having issues and our IT Team are looking to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you can't support an application online we would suggest completing the PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf and then upload this online in your account or the students, under the evidence upload option.
