Hi!
I have put in my parents details so they can provide information, and i have submitted the application. They both have received emails however my application for 2024 has not shown up on either of their accounts.
When they click the link on the email to continue, it says 'We can't find your application right now" and says their personal details do not match the ones I inputed.
Please help! We have no idea what to do.

Hi Yasmin,
We're aware some customers are having issues and our IT Team are looking to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you can't support an application online we would suggest completing the PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf and then upload this online in their account or the students, under the evidence upload option.
