Application for student finance

Hi,
My son has applied for student finance but his application is not showing on my account homepage. It just shows last year's application. I feel like the site is sending me in circles!

Hi there,

Once you login to your account, click on support a students application and it will ask you for the students name and crn, then ask for your details. If you link to them online, you will need to complete the PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf and then upload this online in your account or the students, under the evidence upload option. I keep seeing this as a response to this issue but it doesn't work because the application I need to upload the evidence to does not show on my account. That is precisely the problem.
