Would I still get into UCL if I miss my offer?
I've been offered A* A B, and the A* or A needs to be in Physics, and I'm not sure if i can even get that. Say I get A*BB, the B in physics, could i still get in?

It's very unlikely that you'd be accepted by UCL if (a) your achieved grades are two grades below your offer grades or (b) you don't meet the target grade in the one subject they've said is particularly important to them.
The fact that both (a) and (b) would be true in the scenario you outline makes it less likely still.
