Level 3 apprenticeship

I completed one year at uni- but dropped out

I have a levels and an art foundation, would I still have a good chance at applying?

looks like you would be eligible, I think from the way they've worded it they want someone with whose highest qualification level is under Level 6, which is what you have (first year of uni I believe is equivalent to a CertHE which is Level 4)

i think you would have level 3 qualification already cus u have a levels, so you'll start off from level 4 as level 4 is equivalent to undergraduate
