IELTS vs CAE??
One of my uni offers is asking for an IELTS score of 6.0 with minimum of 6 in each subtest. However, my teacher told me he prefers the Cambridge advanced assessment. PLS LMK WHICH IS EASIER/ REQUIRES LESS PREPARATION!!

Find out if that Uni will accept CAE first.
And usually Unis don't prefer one over the other - they will simply state the scores they want from each.

They do accept CAE, but I am not sure about the exact score they want.
I meant that my teacher prefers the Cambridge, I’m not quite sure why tho.

Nothing, he was just advising me. But I am not sure if CAE is actually the easier route so, I decided to get some input on here.
