Awaiting Sponsor 1 details

Hi, I am applying for student finance for myself. I already uploaded all supportive evidences and it’s been submitted. I now have to fill up Awaiting Sponsor 1 Details but I can not enter it. It is not clickable. Do I need to wait until Evidences will be accepted? Thanks

Sponsor 1 would be your husbands income details we need to support the application. If he can't do this online in his account, he would complete the PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf and then upload this online in your account or the students, under the evidence upload option. Thank you for your reply and for the links.
I tried to submit it online through my husband’s account however when it asks for customer reference number and date of birth (mine ones) it then says ‘We can’t find your application right now. Your personal details do not match what student provided us with in their application. Check if you are using the correct account.’ When I submitted my application I typed my husband’s email incorrect (twice). Could that be the reason?
When I am logging in into my account it doesn’t say anything about Sponson 1 details anymore and I can see that my student finance was approved and the payments are scheduled. Do I still need to submit PFF2 on behalf of my husband?

It can be uploaded to either account. You can upload evidence and forms by going to the 'Manage your student finance' section in the sidebar on the right of your screen. You will then see a link to 'Upload supporting evidence' and can use this to send us your evidence/form. Thanks, Jason

Hi there,

If his details were not provided already then we would still require them for your funding. With the PFF2 form you can upload it to your own account Anna once he's completed it.
