depends on which is the latest, make sure you are looking at the most recent spec and trust that.

You need to know a little bit about them:

Protists - through malaria being spread by mosquitos
Fungi - Rose Black spot

Mainly info on how theses diseases are spread and can be controlled, nothing specific on how they cause damage, just a bit on the symptoms.
