You met the requirements at 23:01 today. However, the system doesn't update your PM ability until midnight (London). You should be good in about 25 minutes.

Post back here it that's not the case.

Perhaps the "midnight" guidance that TSR provide for this process to run is actually midnight GMT not midnight London? (We're in British Summer Time right now, so midnight GMT won't be for another 8 minutes.)

Or perhaps that's when the process starts, but it takes a couple of hours to run? (I'm just guessing; I have inside knowledge here.)
