Degree Apprenticeship Assessment Centres

Hiya
Will be applying for degree apprenticeships next year and just wondering about the process of assessment centres. I am thinking of applying for banking and just wanted to know if they're virtual most of the time and how long do they take.

Thanks

I've done about 5 or 6 now and I've only had one in person AC. However for JP Morgan I know that the AC is virtual but the next stage is in person, so might be the same for some others. The length depends a lot on what the AC is, so for example if it is just a group exercise may only take about an hour. But if it is more than one group exercise or group exercise plus interviews (often the case) then can take upwards of 3 or 4 hours. Hope that helps

ive done a few for engineering and some are online and some are in person, it depends on the company. for me ive found that its important to know what youre talking about so research what your applying for and the company. assessments tend to consist of group assessments, interviews, technical presentations etc but they should tell you what your assessment will consist of
