Id deff recommend a small inflatable pillow/cushion (me and my group loved them for silver) and any quick and easy snacks- dry mango/fruits was a fav last time
Also I know they say but try and not take short cuts on one of the practices someone in my group tried taking a short cut and added on ~ 3 hours which wasn’t great
Also blister plasters but put them on before u start walking so the plaster gets rubbed and not your feet rather than getting blisters and dealing with that for the whole time
