I’m confused

Ex asked me to meet up with him to talk about his intentions with me. We spent 7 hours together, we talked and made out. Towards the end of the meet up he told me he didn’t know if he wanted to get back together with me. He hasn’t reached out since.

I think you have answered your own question - he doesnt want to get back together - move on.
