How to pick insurance over firm choice?

I’ve decided I want to go to my insurance choice rather than the one I put down as my firm choice, but it’s past the 14 days so I can’t change it on UCAS.

Ring UCAS and ask to change

If your universities have given their agreement to UCAS in advance to reply swaps then UCAS will make the change for you. If they haven't then UCAS will let you know and you can contact both universities directly for them to send their agreement to UCAS.
