Does skincare routine help?

So I've never been big on skincare myself, always felt lost on where to even begin or which suitable products to buy, let alone stay persistent with a routine in the long run...

But does sticking to a skincare routine actually make a noticeable difference?

I think it can, but it depends on your skin and obviously you don't want to spend too much money on it (you also don't need loads of products for healthy skin). I would recommend Dr Dray on YouTube for finding information individual to your skin issues.

I love skincare so if you need any help just let me know. Yes a skincare routine can make a noticeable positive difference to your skin PROVIDED that the products are appropriate for your skin type and aren't irritating

From my own experience, it certainly does!

In the morning and before bed, I always use toner, salicylic acid and moisturiser, [order matters, never use salicylic last as it dries out your skin and gives you spots].

Before using them, I used to have lots of spots on my face, but within roughly a week afterwards it cleaned up by a decent chunk. After a while they usually clear up fully [:

I'd say diet matters a lot more, lots of greasy food gives lots of spots, etc.
