Mocks tomorrow pls advice

I have a 3 hour maths a level mock tomorrow (2 hours pure then 1 hr applied back to back exam)

And then a 2 hour physics exam in the afternoon

And then a 2 hour 30 minute exam for english the next morning.

I am so so so so so stressed because how am I supposed to remember the entirety of maths a level for tomorrow its genuinely impossible what am i supposed to do. I have no idea how im going to attempt physics but 3 hours for maths? Idk what to revise right now there are so many spec points im hyperventilating because were being tested on the entire y1 + y2 course. If i do badly tomorrow my confidence will be so demolished before the real exams

firstly, remember its a mock! you’re going to learn from this, these mocks are NOT the final exams.
if you’re struggling on revision then revise things you don’t know, don’t waste time going over stuff you already have a good grasp of.
read the spec points and highlight what points you don’t know, and do exam qs from PMT on these qs, watch a video if needed.
alternatively, do a past paper and do topic qs on questions you got wrong.
again, this is something you learn from! try your hardest and you’ll smash it !! 💓 - from a fellow year 13 <33

^ The comment above summarised it pretty well.

I wish you all the best, good luck!
Remember to not overwork yourself as this is just the mock.

It's a mock, it's not the end of the world if you don't get the grade you want because your going to be revising after anyway. Plus you have lunchtime to cram a little bit for physics. For maths, I would go over a couple of past papers and see where you struggle and watch a video about that topic with some difficult questions. I would suggest more things btu seeing as its literally tomorrow, you don't have that much time now. Remember to go to bed soon and have a healthy breakfast so you can focus. Again don't worry, yes doing bad in a mock will demolish your confidence, but in my opinion its better to have that and try harder than feeling relaxed if you've done well but maybe thats just for me.
