Free room for the summer Wolfson House Residence

Hi !
I am planning to leave London and I am searching for a student who would be willing to take over my contract for the summer (from May or June until the beginning of September ideally, but I am flexible on the dates ). I share a flat in Wolfson House Residence with three friendly flatmates. The rent is 189£/week and it's conveniently located next to London Bridge Station.
As per the terms of my accommodation agreement, the person who will be taking over the contract :
- shouldn’t be currently residing in any of King's Residences or have had an agreed termination earlier this year.
- Must be a full-time postgraduate student at King's College.
