I don’t think anyone can answer this as professors are all individuals and with their own lives going on. So it depends on how busy the professor is, whether they happen to be at some critical stage of a project that is taking up all their time, whether they are stuck in start of term admin, how they generally are on managing their email mountain, etc, how organised a person they are, what other urgent situation they might be dealing with. You might as well ask “how long does it take someone to reply to a post on TSR?”
