Hi, has anyone got any tips for how to structure the personal statement for a trainee sonographer post please?
use the person specification table and structure your personal statement using that.
talk about :
1.
your and the Nhs trust values (it could be the trust ur applying for or the standard Nhs values)
2.
your experience in ur current role and relate it back to ultrasound - why is it relevant in the role you are apply to, as well as your code of conduct (hcpc,nmc,alarp,operator to practitioner, the importance and how you abide by it )
3.
your experience in ultrasound/cpd
4.
why do you want to do ultrasound - what does it mean to you to become a sonographer in training.
