LAND LAW ESSAY PLAN please help me

What would an essay plan for this question look like?

" Law reform ought to "accommodate the reality of how people use and enjoy land today, commercially, economically and socially" (Conway & Hickey 2017)

Consider the extent to which the reform of, or legal developments in relation to English and Welsh land law have "accommodated reality" with reference to the topic ‘the highs and lows of land law’ and one of the following topics:

Fixtures and chattels OR Easements OR Leases OR Mortgages. "

I am resisting after a year off for my mental health, and I need to do three bits of coursework to pass my second year and continue in September. i completed the first two without problem and left land law as my third, but now I have been stuck!!!

I cannot fathom how to go about this question? I have researched and researched all avenues I can think of going down!!! looked at multiple journals, books, etc., and I just don't understand what is being asked of me, e.g., what the substance of the essay should be.

I am at the point where I feel ridiculously stupid, and I think I should drop out. I just need some guidance please

Hi there, don't panic!

What you're being asked to do here is discuss examples where the law has been reformed/developed to reflect societal practice in relation to one of the following topics:

Fixtures and chattels

Easements

Leases

Mortgages

What did you learn in your topic '‘the highs and lows of land law’'?
