Grade boundaries

Hi, I just finished my june 2022 aqa french listening practise paper. When I went to check the grade boundaries for that paper specifically there are two options to for higher?? Please let me know if i'm just being dumb, but why are there two?

basically the listening get scaled up by 1.2 when calculating the total marks as everything else is out of 60 except listening which is out of 50 so scaling it up to 60 so they're all out of the same amount is more convenient
say you got 30 so scaled up it would be 36 and then that 36 is added up to ur other marks out of 60 so the total can be 240 rather than 250
