most practical computer science courses in uk?

I was wondering what Russel League universities offer the most practical computer science courses? I know Oxbridge are heavily theory based but I wasn't sure about the other universities.

I don't mind if it includes maths, but I was looking for a course which includes a heavy element of programming as that is what I enjoy about computer science the most.

In all honesty, I’d look into AI. There is more money in jobs afterwards and it’s very highly respected and tailored to the current increase in demand for these topics.

Or even pair them together, as they are very complimentary subjects. My brother does this at Uni of Leeds currently after prior degree in maths and says it’s a lot more hands on programming and he thinks it couldn’t be a better choice in current times.

Thank you, those courses look really good and I'll definitely look more into them

Hi, do you think there would there be any negatives to doing a 'computer science and artifical intelligence' course over just a normal 'computer science course'. ?
