TfL Grad Scheme 2024

I have received an offer for the TfL grad scheme but they are not saying whether they can sponsor me or not. They are currently doing the background check and have also asked me to come to London for a medical check-up. I know that they did sponsor candidates at least till last year but they are not giving a clear answer about it now. Anyone have any ideas?
