Shoplifted in Sainsburys

Today I went to the Sainsbury's near my school, got pressured into stealing a few packs of gum and chocolate.
I'm a student (over 13, under 18). They took a picture of me, wrote my name down on a piece of paper then told me to get out the store and not to come back to any other stores again.

They said if I come back I'll get done for trespassing. My questions are

1. Can the ban get resolved?
2. Will they tell the police or my school?
3. Can I go to any other Sainsbury's other than the one I stole from?

1. No. They have every right to refuse to allow you into their stores.
2. No. (As you say they "wrote my name down on a piece of paper"; so they don't have your address or the name of your school.)
3. No. They said that you should not "come back to any other stores again". However, the chances that you would be stopped if you entered another Sainsbury's are extremely slim.
