How many peaks the carbon-13 MNR spectrum of cyclohexylmethanol would have? Won't they be 4?

Thats what I got but the mark scheme says 5

It is 5. The middle 4 peak you labelled is the 5th one as it has a different carbon environment to the other two 4 peaks you labelled.
C5 is attached to C2H4CH(C2H4)CH2OH
C4’s are attached to CH2 of the 5 and then the rest of the chain which is different to C5’s environment.

So we do not look at the immediate environment only but also that of the neighboring carbon?
