Student Finance: Error in application - how to fix?

My daughter 'thinks' she may have made an error on her finance application form. We are both dyslexic, so some mis-reading has proabably occurred. From memory (which is also not a strong point!!!!) there was a section on the form where you could choose various options that describe your situation, and I think one of them was 'Disability Living Allowance' which she selected thinking it refered to the DSA which she would later be applying for. She is not currently in receipt of any additional state benefits so should not have selected that option.
What can we do to fix this and will it hold up her application?
