IT Level 3 Cambridge Technicals

I've sat my Unit 1 twice already and received an R (both times), i've sat unit 2 twice and received an R and a Pass (second time). In order to get an overall merit i need to pass both Units as my coursework is completed at Distinction level.
I seem to be having issues with Unit 1, what the questions ask, the command words, how much to put into each question, do i actually remember what the question is asking me etc.
Can anyone help me please?
