How to revise for GCSEs in less than 15 days

Hi, I will be siting my GCSEs soon and I am really worried about how to revise for it as I haven't started revising properly yet so can please someone help. I have lots of subjects to study for:
subjects I do and want to do get help for:
Maths (edexcel): working at grade 6 - want an 8
Science (AQA):combined higher - working at grade 65 - want to get 77
English (AQA): working at grade 4/5 - want to get 6/7
computer science (edexcel): - working at about 3 - want to get 5 or maybe 6
geography (edexcel A):- working at grade 6 - want to get 7
My first GCSE exam is on between these dates: 6th to 12th may
I have chemistry and geography exams on same day so what should I do. I really wants to study everything before my exams so please help, I don't know how to manage it so please please help. I would really appreciate it.
